*Updates*

Wow! There has been alot going on lately. We have still been very dedicated in finding a house. We've had alot of drama, but have not wanted to give up. We've put offers on 4 houses now, and have either had problems with short sales, being a day too late, and people thinking their house is worth more than it really is. Its been a trial in our lives for sure, but we know its the time for us to FINALLY make a house a home....permanently. We've finally settled down and now we have Cambria, so we are ready to buy a house. And hopefully its this house we put the offer in on today. It is easily the best house we've seen thus far. Here are some pics.

On a totally different note, we have a little girl in this house that is about to have a first birthday. I cannot believe its been year, but at the same time it also seems like i've known this little girl my whole life. We are so blessed to have her, and we both know that she is the special spirit we had waited six years to have. We would do anything for her, and in turn she gives us more than we deserve every day. Don't forget that along with 1st birthdays, come 1st birthday parties! Invites are going out soon:)

Okay back to the house:
This is the house we put the offer in on today. Its a foreclosure, which is good news cuz you get a great deal(almost 100k less than it sold for 18 months ago) and the process moves very fast. It is an amazing house. It has everything that rusty and I both wanted, and this is the first house to have all of those things. And really, all Rusty wanted was a 3 car garage, and this is just that! Plus it has one of those great utilty sinks in the garage, with hot water AND it has tons of great built in cabinets for his storage. One thing I wanted, but hadn't been able to find...until now...is a walk out basement. Even though there are no pictures of the back yard here, it is a great space. Off to the right of the house you can see the RV parking slab, that slab has like a six foot drop off...with some amazing landscaping boulder stuff happening. There is lots of grass as well which is great. Because of how the land slopes down, it enables the house to have a walkout basement. awesome.
This is the family room, awesome fire place, and out that back window there is a huge deck.
View of kitchen from living room, that stairway off to the right there goes upstairs to an awesome bonus room...it'll make a great place to shoo the kids off to play:) Love all the vaulted ceilings.
Kitchen view, beautiful granite counters and island, and maple cabinets. Off to the right is a huge pantry, a good size mudroom/laundry room, the basement stairway, and the entrance to the garage.
This is the bonus room upstairs, it is huge and even has two closets. Contrary to how the pictures look, it has plenty of head room:)
